I am Mr Nazim Zayid ,the senior officer in charge of Corporate Finance affairs at Bank of Africa (BOA) in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso .I write to solicit your assistance and collaboration in actualizing a financial transaction that will be a mutual benefits to both of us and our families.
In my department ,I discovered a dormant account file of $6,835,000 (Six million eight hundred and thirty five thousand dollars) in a domiciliary bank account which belongs to a foreign customer who died with his wife and two children in a plane crash since 2003. Since we got information on his death,we have been expecting his next of kin or relation to come and claim his money because it cannot be released unless somebody applies for it as a relation but unfortunately ,his supposed next of kin died alongside with him leaving nobody behind to claim the fund. Therefore ,upon this discovery I have decided to establish a cordial business relationship with you to enable both of us claim the fund .
The Banking law and guideline here in Burkina Faso stipulates that if such money is not claimed nine years after the death of the decedent, the account will be closed and the fund will be reverted into the government treasury as unclaimed fund .The request for your assistance and maximum co-operation as a foreigner to stand as the next of kin in this transactions occasioned by the fact that the deceased customer was a foreigner and a Burkinabe can not stand as next of kin or a relation to him . Upon the smooth conclusion of this transaction, You are entitled to forty (40%) percent of the money for your collaboration in this project while sixty (60%) percent will be for me. I stand to assure you that there is no risks in this transaction for it is legitimate , risk free because all logistics are in place and all modalities worked out for a smooth actualization of the transaction before I made this proposition to you to act as the foreign relation to the deceased .
